To ensure smooth processing of your reservation, please send us your name, reservation number , email, phone number via Facebook or Instagram message. Our 24/7 customer service support agents are available to assist you promptly. Rest assured, we will follow up with you regarding any updates or changes to your booking in real time, such as tailor may not available due to urgent matter and would like to reschedule, preorder fabric before appointment, price estimation, arrange courier and driver etc.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Before leaving our store with your items, we kindly request that you thoroughly inspect them. Following this, you may choose to try them on either in-store or at home. Should you require any minor adjustments, you have a grace period of 7 days to return them for further alteration assistance.
Please note that if you do not bring a bra and shoes for measurement and the first fitting, the measurements may not be accurate. In such cases, we cannot be held liable, and you will not be eligible for the rebook for minor adjustment of 7-day grace period.
After informing the customer for collection, please pick up within 1 week. Free storage in the shop is available for only 1 week. If the customer cannot pick up within 1 week, we will default to using SF Express for delivery. The customer must pay the outstanding balance first, and then our shop will arrange for delivery, with the delivery fee paid by the customer upon arrival. If there is no response from the customer, the item(s) will be sent to our warehouse in Yuen Long for storage, with a monthly storage fee applicable. If no one picks up the item(s) after 6 months, they will be considered abandoned and will be destroyed. Customer will not receive any further notice.
