Limited English-Cantonese Translation Service can be provided for English speaker
Our tailor can not speak English, to avoid misunderstandings and ensure the accuracy of our tailoring services, please read the following policy carefully before booking:
Automated Booking Confirmation: Our online booking system will automatically issue a confirmation email once your appointment is made. Please note that this is an automated system response and does NOT mean an English-speaking staff member will be available at the shop during your visit.
In-Store Fittings & Communication (Please Use Your Own Mobile Network & Translation App): Our tailor at the Tsim Sha Tsui shop speaks ONLY Cantonese and Mandarin, and cannot read, write, or understand English. Due to a lack of internet connectivity in the shop, our in-store offline translation device is extremely limited and acts as a minor backup only.
Mandatory Requirement: To ensure your tailoring requirements (such as measurements, fit, and alterations) are processed correctly, English-speaking customers MUST use your own mobile network (Shopping mall only have 30-mins free wifi per day) and use your own Google Translate or Online AI Translation apps to communicate with our tailor face-to-face during your visit.
Best Recommendation: We highly recommend that you bring a friend or a translator who speaks Cantonese or Mandarin with you to your appointment.
Phone Calls (NO English Support whatsoever): Our shop phone cannot support English inquiries. Since translation tools cannot be operated during a live phone call, our on-site tailor will not understand and will not be able to respond to English calls.
English Customer Support (Very Slow Response, NO Urgent Assistance):
For any inquiries in English, you must contact us via text message ONLY (IG / FB Messenger).
Please Note: Our English text support team responds very slowly and is typically available only late afternoon/ at night / during the very early hours of the morning. If you have an urgent request or require immediate assistance, we will NOT be able to help you in English. Please consider this carefully before booking.

Additionally, many of our wedding products are readily available in our warehouse. Simply let us know which items you're interested in, and we'll have them shipped to our shop for your convenience. Please note:
1. Ensure your email address is correct, as it will be used for future login to amend your appointment.
2. Prepare a minimum deposit of 50% on hand for the appointment. We will not process your order without receiving the deposit.
3. Bring shoes and lingerie to your appointment.
