Step1: Login in my account
If you have booked an appointment before, username account is automatically created by system. Login name is your email address, however, you need to obtain password through lost your password in my account for 1st time login. You will receive a link to create a new password via email.

Step2: Login in Customer Panel
To retrieve your previous booking records, please login to "Step 1 my account". Once logged in, you can access the booking through "Step 2 customer panel" by using the same username and password. From there, you'll be able to easily retrieve your booking history. Then, you can cancel or amend your booking through customer panel.
